Encouragement for regular practice

Group meditation helps us to have consistency in practice and brings added energy to support going deeper in meditation.

What to expect
Our online community practice begins with prayers intended to express appreciation for the spiritual ancestors and setting an intention for our own individual practice.

Acharya Priya offers initial guidance as an entry into silence as well as simple instruction for those new to meditation.

The group then sits in silence for a minimum of 20 minutes.

The session concludes with a few words of inspiration.

Periodically, there will be time for questions and connection following the meditation.

The Meditation Support Community is open freely to Members of our community. Please do not share the registration link with others. Please give them the opportunity to have the full experience by joining the community themselves through the subscribe link.
